Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Associate Growth Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As part of the ABM team, you will play a key role in driving targeted outreach campaigns, engaging with potential customers, and supporting our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ needs, research pain points of the assigned ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) & gain strong understanding of the product.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Utilize cold email marketing tools such as Apollo, Hubspot, & Crunchbase to manage outreach campaigns.
- Craft targeted cold email copy and adapt messaging across Emails, LinkedIn and other channels to ensure high engagement and conversion.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, frequency, and timing; track results, and scale successful campaigns.
- Assist with partnerships, growth experiments, and other ad-hoc tasks in collaboration with the founding team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or a related field.
- Strong creative communication & writing ability and can tailor messaging to specific audiences
- Strong problem solving skills and learning new tools to scale growth.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on the US time zone
Nice to Have
- Track record of of writing articles and blogs in public domain
- Track record of creating explainer or instructional videos
- Experience with teaching or instructional training on any technical topics
